The purpose of this Pact is to establish terms and conditions under which Influencer may collaborate with Blup to promote its products and services, and in return, participate as an affiliate to earn rewards.

Blup may engage in partnerships with Influencers to promote its online store and products through various means, including but not limited to social media posts, blog articles, videos, and other promotional activities.

Influencers interested in partnering with Blup must apply through sending an email at Limitlessliness@gmail.com. The application may require information about the Influencer's audience demographics, social media statistics, previous collaborations, and other relevant details.

Blup reserves the right to select Influencers based on its discretion and specific criteria, including but not limited to relevance to Blup's brand, engagement rates, audience demographics, content quality, and reputation.

Upon selection, Influencer agrees to collaborate with Blup according to the terms outlined in a separate collaboration agreement. This agreement may include details such as content requirements, posting schedules, compensation (if any), and other pertinent terms.

Influencers will earn rewards and/or commissions for sales generated through their affiliate links, Blup will reward influencers with legal tender whether in the form of store credit or any digital transaction method

Influencer agrees to adhere to Blup's brand guidelines and promotional policies when creating content and promoting Blup's products. This includes but is not limited to accurate representation of products, disclosure of affiliate relationships, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Either party may terminate this Pact at any time upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, Influencer's participation in the affiliate program will cease, and any unpaid rewards or commissions will be handled according to the terms of the affiliate program agreement.

The Parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the collaboration, including but not limited to sales data, marketing strategies, and product information.

This Pact shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Pact shall be resolved through amicable negotiation between the Parties.

This Pact constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
